Who can use VitalEdge

VitalEdge is for people 18 and over. Do not create an account if you are under 18. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account.

Not medical advice

VitalEdge is wellness coaching software. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Plans, scores, and insights are coaching signals, not clinical advice. Always consult a qualified clinician for medical decisions. If you think you are in danger, contact local emergency services.

The service

VitalEdge provides a daily sleep and readiness plan, optional Apple Health or Health Connect sync, optional G Band pairing, check-ins, and related coaching features. We may change, pause, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific health outcomes.

Subscriptions

Paid access is VitalEdge Premium. New subscribers get a 14-day free trial, then an auto-renewing monthly or annual plan. Apple or Google handle billing for store purchases. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. The subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your store account subscriptions settings, or from Settings in the app. Restoring purchases links an existing store subscription to this account. Prices are set by the store and shown on the paywall before you confirm.

Health data

If you grant permission, we read health samples and send them to our servers, linked to your account, as described in the privacy policy. You can revoke system health access at any time. Revoking access does not delete data we already hold until you delete your account.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt the service, scrape or reverse-engineer it except as allowed by law, or use it to harm others. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian consumer law, VitalEdge is provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions you make based on coaching content, for data from Apple, Google, or a wearable, or for outages outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you cannot waive.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top of this page is the current version. Material changes will be shown in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
